Settimana scorsa Pizza alla Norma senza glutine impasto riso Venere , questa sera focaccia al formaggio tipo Recco con prosciutto e pesto (purtroppo non pervenuto🥲) con impasto di riso: entrambe le più buona mai mangiate! Complimenti davvero!

Lo staff, molto gentile e preparato, mi ha aiutato nella scelta tra le tantissime opzioni senza glutine. Entro entrato per una pizza, alla fine ho preso una Focaccia tipo Recco (quindi con formaggio) completamente senza glutine, con pesto e cotto: una delle cose più buone mangiate a Genova. Hanno un'ampia scelta di birre senza glutine. La sala interna è fresca (A/C), il bagno è pulitissimo e attrezzato. La foto parla da sé. Birra, focaccia (con condimento molto abbondante) e caffè, ho speso poco più di venti.
