We stopped here for lunch, it looked like a hidden local place. Food was delicious and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. There are not too many menu items to choose from, but it still makes a good filling lunch.

Hosteria Carabas è tipicamente un luogo di sapori e profumi genovese. Anche Fabio è Massimo incarnano il genovese d.o.c. Ci sono tornato dopo due anni ed erano sempre li, tutto uguale a prima. Ero seduto fuori all'aperto e sentivo l'odore del pesto che spinto da una leggera brezza arrivava al mio tavolino. Sono ragazzi speciali così come lo staff cucina. Appena mi hanno intravisto sono corsi ad abbracciarmi. È stata una bella emozione ritrovarli. Per la cucina che dire, a pranzo piatti semplici e ben fatti la sera puoi spingerti su qualcosa di più elaborato sopratutto pesce. Prezzo ottimo rispetto alla qualità e servizio offerto.
