Agosto 25, vacanza a Genova ❤️ Ci sono posti che non si dimenticano. Non solo per quello che si mangia, ma per ciò che ti lasciano dentro. Questo ristorante, sospeso a picco sul mare, con le onde che si infrangono sugli scogli, è uno di quelli. Già l’atmosfera basterebbe a rendere unica la serata, ma qui tutto si è intrecciato alla perfezione. La pasta allo scoglio… che dire? Un piatto che parla da solo: sapori legati in un abbraccio autentico, intenso, capace di sorprendere e conquistare senza forzature. Ogni boccone sapeva di mare, di passione, di cura. Un gusto che non dimentichi, che resta addosso come un ricordo prezioso. Eppure, la vera magia è arrivata dall’accoglienza. Un cameriere che non è stato “solo” un professionista impeccabile, ma una presenza memorabile: gentilezza sincera, garbo, signorilità. Quell’attenzione rara che ti fa sentire accolto e non semplicemente servito. Quando cucina, luogo e persone si incontrano così, nasce qualcosa che va oltre la cena: nasce un’esperienza che ti entra nel cuore. Alla prossima!!!

Pro e contro Sono stata qui per cena prenotando con the fork senza sconto, ristorante sul mare, mala location interna potrebbe essere più curata. Abbiamo preso Focaccia con stracciatella pugliese e Focaccia con pomodoro acciughe capperi e olive 9/10€, focaccia secca sicuro di qualche giorno prima che era meno di 1&m€ di focaccia + condimento .. peccato! Ottimi invece i Taglierini con astice davvero gustosi e abbondanti (29€) Buona la Bistecca di tonno in crosta di pistacchi. Due calici di vino a 10€ l uno e 2 Caffè. Nel complesso buono ma rapporto qualità prezzo non ottimo, un po’ troppo caro, abbiamo speso 87,50€.
