Ho avuto un problema con il pagamento tramite bancomat alla cassa ed ho pagato in contanti ma il pagamento col bancomat che sia io che la commessa pensavamo fosse andato annullato per problemi tecnici in un secondo momento mi e stato addebitato così che io alla fine ho dovuto pagare due volte un menù. La responsabile mi ha risposto che se nei giorni successivi non mi avesse riaccreditato i soldi sul conto sarei potuto tornare per avere assistenza in merito. Dopo due settimane sono tornato e mi ha accolto un altro responsabile e gli ho spiegato l'accaduto e con grande cordialità mi hanno fatto usufruire del menù che per il disguido tecnico ho pagato due volte e devo dire con grande gentilezza e un bel modo di trattare il cliente. Ringrazio i dipendenti del McDonald's del terminal traghetti sempre molto gentili lo frequento da tantissimi anni. Ciao

In questo McDonald's ho notato evidenti difficoltà nell'organizzazione del personale. Non so se fosse una questione di inesperienza o una giornata particolarmente caotica, ma l'efficienza lasciava a desiderare. Il vero tallone d'Achille resta il servizio: con un po' più di formazione e coordinamento si starebbe meglio.
