The pizza is great and the dessert is made with so much love to the detail and is very delicious. The service was amazing, we were treated so kind and they took a lot of time for us. Love the guy with the glasses! Would definitely come back anytime!

Semplicemente la pizza più buona che abbiamo mai mangiato! Quella di Egizio è una pizza dagli ingredienti freschissimi, dove la qualità del cibo e la sua provenienza diventano colonne portanti dell’esperienza. È una pizza molto sottile, forse per saziarvi completamente potrebbero essere necessarie 1 pizza e mezzo/2, e l’impasto è così buono e leggero che avrete mangiato così velocemente da aver finito la pizza ancora prima di rendervi conto di quanto è buona. L’armonia tra gli ingredienti è studiata attentamente, quasi meticolosamente. Di solito quando si pensa a una pizza si pensa a un tipo di cibo relativamente semplice e scontato; qui no, da Egizio vi è un accurato studio su come abbinare sapori e odori, su come far risaltare ogni gusto, su come rispettare ogni regione di provenienza di ogni ingrediente. E che dire di Simone… ci ha servito, ma non solo, ci ha stregato. Ci ha raccontato delle sue passioni, ci ha spiegato dettagli su quello che stavamo mangiando, ci ha regalato una bellissima serata semplicemente essendo se stesso e facendoci sentire a casa. Bravi, bravi, e ancora bravi.
