Ottima anatra alla pechinese, servita con crepes sottili, verdurine e salse — come l’avevo assaggiata solo a Pechino. Cottura perfetta, saporita ma leggera e facilmente digeribile. Un grande plus il personale: gentile, sorridente e affiatato, un vero team che fa la differenza. Complimenti davvero. Tornerò senz’altro!
