Mi aspettavo molto di più, purtroppo sono rimasto molto deluso. Partiamo dal presupposto che possa comunque rappresentare un’ottimo palliativo per una sosta pranzo lavorativa veloce, quello su cui non transigo è la qualità del cibo servito. In particolare riceviamo della tagliata di carne fredda (al di là della richiesta “al sangue”, se la tiri dal frigo e la cuoci poco è normale che arrivi ghiacciata al cliente, sperando sia questa la reale motivazione e non che il piatto sia rimasto abbandonato in cucina per diversi minuti già pronto) senza sapore (se non fosse per l’aceto balsamico ed il sale aggiunto da noi), e delle verdure saltate in padella che così saltate non erano, sembravano più stufate. Capisco la necessità di essere veloci, ma sulla qualità del cibo non si transige
