Non ci sono parole per descrivere le esaltazioni che Chef Stefano riesce a far raggiungere alle tue papille gustative attraverso le centinaia di variazioni dei suoi panini... vuoi con i formaggi, con i prosciutti,le salse, le verdure,i pesci e la frutta di stagione... tutto meravigliosamente sublime a un prezzo...... straeconomico da non crederci davvero e poi in Sottoripa uno dei posti più affascinanti e intriganti di Genova ed è sempre una realtà concreta di essere genovesi

I tried four different sandwiches at Gran Ristoro in Genoa and they were absolutely fantastic. Each one was packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and made with great attention to detail. The bread was perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft inside, and the fillings were generous and well balanced. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The staff was friendly and quick, even though the place gets very busy, which only shows how popular it is with both locals and visitors. If you’re in Genoa and want an authentic sandwich experience, this is definitely the spot. Highly recommended!

Amazing sandwiches. We were in another cafe having drinks and could see locals queuing. Decided to give it a try. You choose your meat cheese etc. The lady serving was really helpful and made suggestions as to what went best together. Great place for lunch. Didn't wait for a table but the queue was about 15 minutes as so busy
