Un’esperienza gastronomica di grande livello, curata in ogni dettaglio. La sala è raffinata e il servizio attento senza risultare invadente, con personale capace di spiegare piatti e abbinamenti con professionalità. La cucina sorprende: tecnica impeccabile, ingredienti di qualità e presentazioni che sembrano piccole opere d’arte. In particolare mi hanno colpito il percorso dedicato ai vegetali e il dessert conclusivo, davvero memorabili. L’unico motivo per cui non assegno la quinta stella è un leggero rallentamento nei tempi tra una portata e l’altra, ma nulla che abbia compromesso l’esperienza complessiva. Un indirizzo che merita di essere scoperto e riscoperto.”

Voor ons was een totaal nieuwe beleving. Verrassend! Het restaurant is niet vanaf de weg te zien en ligt verscholen in een mooi oud gebouw. Het servies waarop het eten werd opgediend was erg mooi en de gerechten zagen er ook prachtig uit. Bediening heel keurig. De aubergine vonden wij beetje taai maar voor de rest was het een heerlijke ervaring!
