Una bellissima villa immersa nel verde di Albaro. Negli anni 80 purtroppo era mal frequentata ma col tempo la zona è stata riqualificata. Purtroppo non è una villa sfruttata ancora a dovere perché ha delle grossissime potenzialità. Anche il piccolo parco all'interno è mal tenuto e avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione. Grandi potenzialità ancora poco sfruttate ma uno stupendo polmone verde in Albaro.
