Je suis allée hier soir pour goûter les ramens et c’était formidable ! J’en avais déjà essayé plusieurs à Genève, et la plupart étaient corrects mais rarement “WOW”. Ici, l’équilibre était parfait : le bouillon avait un goût riche et profond, et la pièce de porc était généreuse et savoureuse (en plus, ils utilisent des ingrédients locaux, comme le chashu préparé avec du porc de Jussy). En entrée, les gyozas au porc étaient une vraie réussite, et le service rapide et agréable. Franchement, je ne comprends pas la note de 4.3, car l’expérience était excellente !

Le plus : des produits avec de la matière première de la région genevoise. Le prix est supérieur à la concurrence mais cela s’explique par les produits locaux. Plats très bons et carte qui s’adapte à la saison.
