En août, nous avons visité Genève et découvert le restaurant Les Quatre Saisons. Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis par les propriétaires d’établissement. Les plats étaient délicieux : bœuf sauté épicé, crevettes sur tableaux, nems, gyoza… J’ai eu la chance de goûter leur bun de poisson façon Hai Phong, absolument parfait. Merci pour ce moment, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
