C’est un restaurant où je viens régulièrement, et chaque fois c’est un vrai plaisir. Ce soir, j’ai commencé par une salade tomate-burrata : excellente, mais vraiment excellente. Ensuite, j’ai pris les filets de perche du lac Léman : de véritables filets du lac, ça se voyait, de petits filets savoureux, avec énormément de goût. Franchement, c’était très, très, très bon ! On mange ici dans une ambiance unique, un peu hors du temps, qui rappelle la fin du XIXe siècle ou le début du XXe siècle, avec un service impeccable. Tout contribue à rendre l’expérience chaleureuse et mémorable. Un excellent restaurant que je recommande vivement – et je le répète, les filets de perche étaient absolument excellents.
