I paid €4.50 for an iced americano and this is what I got. Awful value.

Ordered 3 coffees recently. Mocha, Skinny Cappuccino and a short Americano. I received the other two coffees ok but the short Americano wasnt a short it was a normal americano. I asked for a short americano again and mentioned small cup less water. The staff member decided to empty half the cup she gave me and left what she already made in it. height of ignorance. They could have atleast asked someone around them if they were unsure or double checked with myself the customer. The staff leave ALOT to be desired. The space near the till is tight and staff never once were polite when they needed to pass and just gawked at you. Their pastries are of good quality, cannot comment on their other food items. Relatively recent renovations have made the place nicer visually and brought it upto modern standards.Coffees themselves did taste well so no complaints there.
