They have both inside and outside dining, really liked the decor and vibe. We went in afternoon and it was not crowded. Carrot cake was delicious, liked the vintage style tea cups and oversize coffee mugs. They had so many varieties of tea, was difficult yo choose from. Chai latte was delicious as well.
