My family buy something there everyday,and I also buy coffee there. I don't know what kind of policy there now, they put the sugar basket away. I love my coffee very sweet. Two packets of sugar is not enough for me. The lady there always hesitate to give me more sugar. And today I asked again , she says - normally is only two. And I'm the customer who buys there EVERYDAY including sundays too. It really came to the point I'm about to avoid the bakery so I don't have to beg for freaking sugar. And it's the same lady who grabs cakes with bare hands. Anyway, begging for sugar leaves bad aftertaste. I've never seen that anywhere in the world.

Ich komme zu der Bäckerei seit über 2 Jahren und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Geschmack und der Service ist immer freundlich. Mein absoluter Favorit sind Fladenbrote aber Kuchen und Brötchen sind auch sehr lecker. Ich muss sagen das ich seit 2 Jahren noch nie eine Beschwerde abgeben musste wegen Service, deswegen kann ich anderen Kommentare nicht nachvollziehen. Die Mitarbeiter dort sind sehr nett und immer freundlich. Ich komme sehr gerne immer wieder zurück zu meiner Bäckerei des Vertrauens.

Waren das WE über in FFM und haben hier Frühs "immer" unsere Brötchen geholt, waren super lecker und auch reichhaltig. Kein "luftiges" Industrieprodukt aus dem Automaten.
