Almost the cakes we tried were good (except for the Matcha Roll which had no matcha taste at all and was very bland, felt like eating just a sponge cake with a layer of heavy cream). Matcha smoothie was nice, so was warm Yuzu tea. The staff seemed not to be friendly, most of them showed a flat face.

I've only tasted very few pastries that are better than this place. Perfect for ordering a little birthday cake for pick up as well. Just beware of the parking situation.

Die Preise für die Kuchen (6,8 €) sind zwar eher gehoben, aber für das besondere japanische Flair völlig in Ordnung. So eine authentische japanische Bäckerei findet man in Deutschland nicht oft – ein echtes Erlebnis! Als ich dort war, hat ein Gast spontan Klavier gespielt – richtig schön und stimmungsvoll. Ich war vor etwa zwei Jahren schon einmal kurz bei Imori und habe den Laden nun nach langer Zeit wieder besucht. Dieses Mal konnte ich die Atmosphäre viel mehr genießen. Bei leichtem Wind, mit sanften Klavierklängen im Hintergrund und einer guten Tasse Kaffee – es war ein rundum entspannter Moment. Ein Besuch, der definitiv in Erinnerung bleibt.
