Une très belle découverte au cœur du marché couvert ! Nous avons dégusté deux assiettes de pâtes à la truffe (une a la truffe blanche et une a la truffe noire) absolument délicieuses : cuisson parfaite, morceaux de truffe généreux et assaisonnement juste comme il faut. Un vrai régal pour les papilles ! L’ambiance du lieu est conviviale et authentique, avec une belle effervescence typique des marchés italiens. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et vraiment sympathique, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Un endroit à ne pas manquer si vous passez par le marché : simple, savoureux et plein de charme pour un tarif raisonnable.

El lugar está en el mercado central de Florencia y el mercado tiene una vibra muy buena pero la verdad la comida no es wow. Pedimos un plato con tartufo, y no tenía sabor, adicional pedimos una carbonara trufada y estaba bien pero nada espectacular por el valor. El mercado si recomiendo 100% visitarlo
