È un forno in cui nulla è lasciato al caso. I prodotti sono tutti di altissima qualità con ingredienti e materie prime di ottimo livello. Lorenzo il titolare è una persona squisita che mette tantissima passione nel suo lavoro. Vengono utilizzati lieviti madre negli impasti. Dalla colazione alla schiacciata c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta. Per me il forno San Nicolò è un punto di riferimento ed un luogo sicuramente da consigliare per Firenze e per chi è di passaggio. Complimenti a tutti. Una nota per Viola molto carina e gentile. Grazie
