2025.10.20 방문 중앙시장 2층에 있는 램프레도토 전문점 한국사람들이 곱창버거로 알고 잘못 사먹는 것 같은데 내장이 아닌 소의 위 부위입니다 그러니 기대하는 맛과 다를 수 있어요 곱창의 쫄깃함이 아닌 부드러운 버섯과 비슷한 식감입니다 푹 삶아져서 만들어지기 때문에 잡내는 없지만 부속물 특유의 향은 있어요 스파이시 맛도 있지만 전혀 맵지 않습니다 붉은색 육수와 달리 생각보다 굉장히 기름지고 느끼합니다 빵도 육수에 한번 담궜다 주기 때문에 더 해요 호기심에 먹어볼 만은 합니다
