Questo ristorante, non è solo un ristorante, ma un’esperienza. L’ambiente, la cura, il personale davvero incredibile. I piatti, che dire, veramente eccellenti. Tutto di primissima qualità. Il caposala ti racconta ogni dettaglio dei prodotti e del menù raccontandone anche la storia. Poi per noi italiani è come fare un tuffo nella cultura giapponese: c’è un contenitore per tutto. Il tappo del vino, per le borse. Andate perché merita veramente. Ha superato di gran lunga il mio ristorante giapponese preferito 🤩

Vero ristorante giapponese tradizionale, ogni piatto che abbiamo ordinato ci ha stupito, piatti semplici ma molto saporiti. La ciotola di riso con la spigola era deliziosa e anche il tonno rosso in tempura. Il servizio è particolare perché il cameriere che ci aveva serviti ,non parlava bene l’italiano e aveva usanze tradizionali ,nonostante era solo in sala era attento a tutti i particolari. Se volete mangiare il giapponese diverso da altri ristoranti in italia , venite a provare qui.

Una vera perla nipponica nel centro di Firenze. L'atmosfera, i sapori e lo staff (100% giapponese) vi trasporteranno improvvisamente nel paese del sol levante. Cucina di alto livello e materie prime freschissime. Il direttore di sala vi allieterà con la sua professionalità. Per chi ha visitato il Giappone, sarà un piacere immergersi di nuovo nella cultura gastronomica più autentica. Da provare assolutamente!
