I’ve been coming here everyday since i got to florence, the waitress calls me baby and every dish i’ve tried is magnificent. Also never had any problem finding a table by myself. Honestly a 10/10.

Ieri ero a cena lì con amici e ho avuto un’esperienza a dir poco imbarazzante. Durante una serata normale, al momento del dolce ho dato un boccone e mi sono trovata in bocca un pezzo di vetro (hanno cercato di giustificarsi dicendo che era plastica, ma a me e ai miei commensali pareva vetro, in ogni caso il fatto rimane), al che loro hanno cercato di giustificarsi che sono cose che capitano, niente di più. Di fronte al mio sbigottimento non hanno neanche proposto di offrirmi la cena (il MINIMO sindacale in un’occasione del genere), ma hanno detto che il prezzo del dolce era stato detratto (gesto non sufficiente, soprattutto dopo poche scuse accampate male) cosa tra l’altro non credibile avendo io e i miei commensali pagato addirittura di più rispetto ad altri al nostro tavolo che erano andati via prima e pagato prima. Sconcertata e delusa.
