Purtroppo esperienza deludente. Da Toscana ho portato degli amici da fuori regione e ho fatto una figura pessima. Ragù di cinghiale che di cinghiale aveva solo il nome, carne e verdure avevano lo stesso sapore, personale non molto sul pezzo, tempi di attesa infiniti. Non ci tornerei.
