Il nuovo lounge di italo mi ha davvero sorpreso molto nel senso positivo. Ristrutturato recentemente e diventato un ambiente accogliente, tutto nuovo e pulitissimo, con l'aria condizionata e wi-fi gratis. Il banco era pieno di roba da mangiare sia dolce che salata e con tanto scelta delle bevande e il vino. Tutto di una ottima qualità. Un complimento speciale alle ragazze che lavorano al banco, sono state gentilissime e molto cordiali. Non vedo l'ora di tornare a stazione Santa Maria Novella di Firenze, e lo consiglio a tutti di provare.
