Das kleine Restaurant lo Schiaccia Vino ist ganz unauffällig an einer kleinen Straße mitten in Florenz gelegen. Darauf aufmerksam wurden wir aufgrund der langen Schlange und den vielen Menschen vor dem Lokal. Die Karte bietet überwiegend Baguettes an, die mit verschiedensten Sachen frisch im Restaurant belegt werden und zum mitnehmen und dort essen angeboten werden. Neben diversen Belegen mit ganz frischem Fleisch gibt es auch ein paar vegetarische Angebote. Wir haben uns für das Baguette Erbivoro und Nonna Papera entschieden. Vorab kann man sich dann noch zwischen weißem oder dunklen Brot entscheiden, dass dann frisch getoastet und belegt wird. Das Baguette war super lecker und knusprig. Die Zutaten auf dem Baguette waren gut ausgewählt und passten gut zusammen. Es war ein leckeres und leichtes Mittagessen. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen!

Très belle découverte où manger et boire un bon verre de vin rouge ou rosé est possible n plein après-midi. Un super + pour l’accessibilité des toilettes en fauteuil roulant. Ambiance, accueil au top de top. Merci à l’équipe pour ces bons moments d’échanges et de partage. Salve Riccardo
