Sono passato davanti a L’Opera Caffè in Piazza Duomo e non ho potuto resistere alla tentazione di fermarmi: è stata una scelta perfetta! La posizione è impareggiabile — con vista diretta sul Duomo — ma ciò che sorprende davvero è la qualità del servizio e del cibo. Il personale è gentilissimo, sempre sorridente e attento, pronto a consigliare piatti e vini con grande competenza. Ho provato un tagliere toscano e una pasta fresca: tutto delizioso, curato nei dettagli e servito con eleganza. Anche il caffè, come suggerisce il nome, è ottimo — uno dei migliori che abbia bevuto a Firenze! L’atmosfera è rilassata ma raffinata, perfetta sia per una pausa durante la visita alla città sia per una cena romantica con vista mozzafiato. Assolutamente consigliato: L’Opera Caffè è una tappa obbligata per chi vuole vivere la vera Firenze con gusto e stile.
