Il cibo e molto gradevole, stimolati soprattutto il gusto e l'olfatto che producono intense sensazioni. Ambiente e comfort discreto. Servizio eccellente dall'inizio alla fine. Consigliatissimo!!

RISTORANTE VEGANO La Fonderia è un ristorante vegano con pochi piatti, ma buoni. Lo trovo però un po' troppo costoso soprattutto rapportato alle porzioni che sono un po' parche. Il motivo delle 4 stelle è questo. Detto ciò ho assaggiato come antipasto dei sambusa, triangolini di pasta fillo con lenticchie, verdure e berberè, come primo le crespelle con funghi e nipitella e come dolce un tortino al cioccolato con panna e marmellata di albicocche. Tutto molto buono!
