You should go every day, trying everything on the menu. Please make a booking to be sure of a table. You can generally have a drink out the front. The address is 61r, not 45 as Google will say. It is probably the best food in Florence. Above all, this is about quality in everything, so please take the opportunity to enjoy it.

We stopped by for a glass of wine before dinner. The owner was extremely sweet and knowledgeable about wine and helped us select an excellent glass that suited our palette. We didn’t have a chance to eat here, but it smelled amazing inside
