I've been living nearby for 50 years and since the new management took place and refurbished the whole place, it's a totally different vibe. Gone are all the shady businesses and dodgy characters, replaced by a welcoming and caring couple with friendly staff (some are learning on the job so be patient). The food quality is very good, both sweet and savoury (tried the first time via Too Good to Go), and so is the coffee. When it's not too busy, the owners are always up for a nice chat. Frankly, in this area, they're the bests!
