We have had a few trips here both with family who live locally and as a couple, as we were bought a voucher to use there. On our first visit we thought the interior was really lovely and clean and fresh and modern. Finally, we thought, a brand new shop next door to the Tesco store in a brand new estate with no amenities locally. We hoped for a play group to be situated upstairs but nothing appeared. However the play park is great and safe for children. So we went there as a family to Strawberry fields cafe and got a table inside as it was hot outside. However, I I was a little shocked at the price of the breakfast rolls. £7.00+ for a white roll with mushrooms and hash browns. No eggs on any of the breakfast rolls, no beans, not even butter! Bacon or sausage on white rolls £7.00. It's all a bit steep and expensive for what it produced. The low level bread on the shelves got touched by dogs sniffing them which put me off. However, the fresh food and bread on offer that was sealed up in bage all looked amazing in the glass cabinets, but the wasps tend to get in there and land on the iced buns. We spent a small fortune in there on breakfast and to be honest it was really busy outside with people stopping for a coffee so I'm guessing they are making good money. But if we had taken the same amount of money into Tescos next door we could have just spent half of that money on ingredients and and made much more of a yummy breakfast than they had provided us. Shame that they are missing something there, because the location is great, but the food is lackluster. I would buy a drink again from here but I would not choose to eat here in a hurry. Strawberry fields cafe owners, reconsider your breakfast menu, add an egg or tomatoes and liven up a dry roll.

Really lovely farm shop/bakery. Very good produce, great selection of pies, metas and sweet treats that are all very freshly made. And above everything, tastes really good! Prices are a bit high, but considering it's locally sourced, fresh & farm-made. You get what you pay for which is great tasting food!
