Em was fantastic as was Lily! There was a very rude customer in and they both dealt with her amazingly! They stayed very professional as well as seeing to other customers. Great drink every time! Love going here!

I just want to publically acknowledge the exceptional service and the 2 very tasty cups of coffee that the 2 young ladies served at the Honiton Road, Exeter Branch last Friday evening between 6.30 and 8pm. I had had a disaster of a day - car accident & missed flights etc. Had had a right 'mare and they were so lovely and kind.
