We were served on a really busy night, but Joe was superb dealing with our allergy requests snd despite being busy, he was happy to go above and beyond in our requests. It was well worth the visit.

Has been my local for a few years now and cannot fault it. Gets busy when there's a big football or rugby game on (in the sports bar part) but service is always spot on. Atmosphere is really good.

We came to the mount radford for my sister's graduation ceremony a few weeks back. The day we were there, the place was extremely busy and there was only 2 staff members covering both bars, considering we were a party of 8, the food came to us quickly and we had all ordered differently (considering the place was packed, we were very impressed by how quick the staff managed to serve our food). The food was excellent and was piping hot, and the food was very well presented. We were situated near the bar area and the chef was seen coming in and out and did clear the plates for us when we had finished. The chef was very friendly and congratulated my sister for her achievement and took an interest in all of us and asked if we enjoyed our food. We did ask for the chef's name as we were impressed by both his cooking and his friendly approach towards us, he said his name was Paul. We could not fault the experience and Paul especially made the experience of which we would come again. He is a credit to the company and we wish him and the rest of the team well.
