Every time I visit Compass Coffee, it's clear that she is the backbone of this location. She demonstrates a deep knowledge of what it takes to keep the store running smoothly, and her dedication to both the team and the customers is truly inspiring. Without fail, she remembers my favorite drink and even knows to have my coffee cake ready to go.
