I am putting three stars because the lady was very nice, but if it was because of the gentleman I would have got zero the lady was nice and helpful with the man is always angry. I don’t know why and he’s not really helpful and also they have put a personal regulation which is to not accept any packages between 12h00 and 14h00 which I don’t understand why also in the application of Mondial Relai is written that they accept package just till 11 pm nonstock which is not true
