It's indeed a very big tree. Besides this is a relaxing place where you can rest a bit during a walk. Unfoetunately, no landscapes from this place.

Es ist der höchste Baum. Aber halt immer noch ein Baum.

The adventure of finiding this tree was exhilarating. firstly, we were told by the not very trustworthy google maps that we could drive up to it. However, upon reaching the road with the car, we discovered it was prohibited to drive up it. Our plans thus changed, and we embarked on a slippery hike up to the tallest tree in germany. Unaccustomed to German nature, I was acquainted to the red slug for the first time, a terrifying creatiure indeed, beware of them on your hike! The hike, though, was beautiful, though largely useless as the tallest tree in Germany is, alas, largely disappointing in size. Perhaps our metropolitan world has made us adapt to taller structures, so this naturally occurring miracle doesn’t seem as important. The disappointment quickly turned, though, when i took a seat on the bench under it, which was beautifully designed to let you take the size of the tree in. As you’re looking up, the sounds of nature engulf you, the sun peeks through the leaves and caresses you in such a meaningful way. I felt at peace here. I felt reborn. Although I feel ambivalent about being able to write digital reviews about nature, I am happy this can be shared with the world. A wonderful experience.
