Absolutely exquisite dining experience with fantastic service. Attentive, knowledgeable about every dish and all food locally sourced. I couldn't fault any fish we had it was just perfect. The servers and all staff very friendly, chatty and the atmosphere was excellent. We also got to meet Tom Kitchin himself as he was going around the tables greeting and chatting to the room, very nice touch if you ask me! I'm a wheelchair user and there was a very small step/curb to get into the dining room however it was roughly the height of 2 dropped curbs so I managed it without help, the rest of the space was accessible.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at The Kitchin. The food was outstanding and we generally enjoyed it. However, the service lagged as the evening wore on with lengthy gaps between courses. And, after declining additional post-dinner offers and being out of wine, it took a while to get someone's attention to bring the bill. Then an additional wait as we had to ask someone to bring the credit card machine. The service was lacking and the atmosphere was a bit chaotic with servers running around everywhere like ants. After nearly 4 hours we were exhausted and eager to leave which is an unfortunate experience for a special occasion at a very high-end, expensive restaurant.
