All I can say is wow, my wife and I have eaten at a number of Michelin started establishments and this one completely blew us away. The key piece was the owner personally stopping by our table for each wine pairing to tell us about the unusual and amazing pairings we’d be having. That along with the incredible menu which features incredibly fresh and delicious flavors was enough for 5 stars. If that wasn’t enough on top of all of that we personally got to talk to many of the different staff working that night including the head chef Tyler throughout the course of the meal showing that no matter who is attending to you they know their stuff and care about service. To say we were blown away was an understatement, we’d highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Our dining experience at Condita was nothing short of exceptional. Chef Tyler King is both a genius and a true culinary artist, crafting dishes that are as inspired as they are delicious. His staff was warm, welcoming, and impeccably attentive. The restaurant’s aesthetics—from its thoughtfully curated décor to the charm of a vintage record player—created a space that felt both artistically stimulating and wonderfully comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Condita the next time you find yourself in Edinburgh, Scotland.
