The Jaffe Memorial Fountain is a historic landmark in Belfast, located at the Victoria Street entrance to Victoria Square. Erected in 1874, it was a gift from Sir Otto Jaffe in honor of his father, Daniel Joseph Jaffe, a prominent figure in the city's linen trade. The ornate, gilded cast-iron structure originally served as a drinking fountain. After falling into disrepair and being moved multiple times, it was meticulously restored and returned to its original location in 2008. The fountain is a beautiful reminder of Belfast's industrial heritage and the significant contributions of its Jewish community.

A striking fountain, the colour stands out amid the surrounding buildings. At the weekends, it is a gathering place for the local youth to sit and chat, so it can be hard to get a clear photograph. It is free to view. The fountain is visually accessible to people who use a wheelchair. There are steps up, so it is tactically accessible for people with vision issues. Though, care would need to be taken at the edge as there is no barrier.
