Repas pour 2 personnes. Plats excellents. Vraiment. Même le pain y est bon. Décoration sympa et recherchée. Chaises hautes pas très confortables. Bémol : le service n'est pas personnalisé, le personnel s'occupe peu de ses clients mais est plus concentré pour aller vite. Il n'est pas vraiment à l'écoute. C'est dommage.

En ma qualité de professionnelle de la restauration, je dirais que mon avis est mitigé. 1/ service : correct, professionnel mais vraiment pas chaleureux, plutôt mécanique 2/ ambiance triste : absence de décor, musique de transistor qui crachouille des airs brésiliens (pas très couleur locale), aucune âme dans ce lieu 3/ vin : nous fûmes bien conseillés par la responsable qui fit un excellent choix correspondant à notre goût avec un vin blanc de Gascogne à température parfaite 4/ entrées excelentissimes : velouté de courgettes rafraîchissant et goûteux, pissaladière revisitée et délicieuse mais portion minuscule semblable à une bouchée apéritive Mais c’est après que les choses se gâtent : - poulet: très (voire trop) ferme, servi avec… une carotte rôtie (un peu léger non ?) et un risotto goûteux mais beaucoup trop salé - et pour finir : un millefeuille sans goût et sans couleur, crème apparemment industrielle, pâte feuilletée pas assez cuite, blanchâtre, comme du carton. Pour résumer, une expérience moyenne pour un prix pas si modéré que ça. Ce restaurant nous avait été recommandé par un autre excellent professionnel de la région mais l’expérience ne fut pas concluante. Dommage !!

They clearly care dearly about what they do and produced some delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere! We had the tasting menu and thoroughly enjoyed it! We felt really well taken care of.
