We go there time to time with my cousins and family members. We enjoy sitting there. That is convenient for us.However, something happened this time. When we were queuing up ,lady approached us and she was not smiley and gave us very serious face. Then once we settled,The guy who took our order was really decent and good sense of humour. He talked to us nicely and served us promptly. We enjoyed our times. However,Then we were about to go but asked for a bottle of water just before we go,The manager or supervisor over there told us to leave as quick possible. I understand the logic behind it.They are very busy all the time and they want to turn the chairs more often to keep everyone happy and equal.I respect that. However,Because her attitude was a bit rude ,I was a bit upset to be honest. Her attitude was a bit over the exaggerated and arrogant.I wanted to mention about her name but I forgot that. But I think,She was somewhere form Eastern Europe. We were there on Saturday around 17:30 . I will try to find her name next time when I get there.. I like this place but I don’t accept the rude attitudes as normally o m very easy going one. My recommendation to those people would be not to work in the hospitality industry if they can’t handle their attitudes and behaviour. Other then this person,Eveything was one.

During a recent shopping trip to Harrods in London, we paused for a much-needed break at The Coffee Bar, and what a treat it was! We ordered the Caramel Matcha and a slice of Tiramisu, and both were absolutely superb. The Caramel Matcha was a delightful surprise—perfectly balanced with just the right touch of sweetness, making it a refreshing and unique choice. And the Tiramisu? It was heavenly, light, and incredibly flavourful, easily one of the best we've had. The Coffee Bar provided the perfect setting for a luxurious pause amidst the hustle and bustle of Harrods. It truly elevated our shopping experience in London into something more special. If you're looking for a refined coffee spot while exploring this iconic department store, we highly recommend stopping here for a delicious pick-me-up.
