I went to Rositerrie on the 4th of September and honestly, the queue was mad .easily waited over 30 minutes just to get to the counter. Only three guys working and moving at the speed of snails. With all the hype on Insta and TikTok, I was desperate to try the Rositerrie box and the truffle mac & cheese, so I stuck it out. When it was finally my turn the guy asked which part of the chicken I wanted. Without hesitation I said chicken breast with the skin on. Instead he chucked in a tiny portion of thigh chopped into little bits closed my box and went straight to the till. I asked if it was breast and he just looked at me like I was being difficult. I reminded him I’d asked for breast and with a face like thunder he slowly swapped it out for half a breast (which clearly was meant for another customer) – no skin either. Exactly what I didn’t want. Every time I questioned him, he just got more annoyed and pulled faces. With the long queue behind me I just paid and left but honestly my first impression was ruined. I’d travelled all the way from Wales and felt gutted. Thankfully when I mentioned it to the cashier, she apologized straight away. Then the manager a really kind bloke called ‘Granit’ came over took me aside and properly listened. He was genuinely upset about what happened and sorted me a fresh box exactly how I’d asked. Honestly he turned the whole experience around absolute credit to him top-notch customer service. He deserves all the praise. As for the food chicken was tender buttery and juicy the truffle mac & cheese was heavenly .never had anything like it before easily the highlight. Roast potatoes looked golden brown and crispy but were rock hard which was a shame. Prices are a bit on the steep side but after all it’s Harrods. Overall bit of a rollercoaster. Food mostly spot on.service was dreadful at first but the manager really saved the day. Big salute to Granit!

There is like 5 workers and only 1/2 working at a snails pace , almost never have rotisserie chicken and tbf, it is mid at best the other chicken options are better That said the portion is fillin and generous , would get better if service was faster/better and the rotisserie chicken is actually available which is the main thing most people are going for
