Fast perfekter Italiener in Linz, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Wir wurden vom Chef begrüßt und bekamen eine längere Einführung in die Tageskarte. Der Service war bemüht aber etwas unsicher. Das Essen gut, hätte die volle Punktzahl bekommen, wenn der Fisch nicht ein wenig zu dunkel gebraten gewesen wäre und die Pastasauce etwas sämiger. Der Eingang ins Restaurant ist etwas versteckt im Innenhof, hat aber dafür einen schönen großen gastgarten davor.

Wir waren an einem Montag Abend dort und sehr begeistert. Es gibt eine fixe Karte, aber die richtig interessanten Speisen - je nachdem, was frisch da ist - stehen auf einer extra Karte und werden vom Chef erklärt. Dieser wie auch der Rest des Personals waren super zuvorkommend und professionell. Unser Essen war ausgezeichnet, zunächst Trüffel-Tajarin und Jakobsmuschel/Garnelencarpaccio, gefolgt von Seeteufel bzw Hamachi, toll. Weinkarte auch interessant! Empfehlung, wenn man ausgezeichneten frischen Fisch bekommen möchte.
