Je sors rassasié du restaurant. La cuisson des frites est niquel. Le steak haché se définit au pôle opposé du smash burger -- diamètre sous la médianne et epaisseur conséquente. Une morsure prend du temps à traverser la viande ce qui permet de la savourer. Si je me permettait quelque envolée critique je dirais qu'il ne sagit non pas d'un hamburger, mais d'un steak haché accompagné de son pain et de sa salade.
