Jammer genoeg is de waliteit en service erg achteruot gegaan. En het ergste is, de resentie die op hun igen site worden geplaatst wordt gescand voor alleen goed recenties de andere worden niet geplaatst. Laatste bestelling moesten we 2 uur extra op ons eren wachten. Na 1 uur oer de te laat te zijn werd gebeld en gezegd dat we de keuze hadden om het of te zeggen en kregen ons geld terug. Dit omat het te druk was. Als druk was waarom dat bij de bestelling niet veryellen zodat met kan voor een ander plek kiezen. Maar tijdens communicatie was hij wel klant vriendelijk. Week later kregen we gratis een sushibox ter waarde van €20. En iemand van personeel van sushi tijd kwam aan de deur om uitleg te geven over de situatie. Ik vind dat erg klantvriendelijk en daarom pas mijn review aan.
