Dik & Lang Verse Vlaamse Frietjes in Eindhoven ist wirklich ein Geheimtipp. Der Laden ist sehr klein und man könnte ihn fast übersehen, aber genau das macht den Charme aus. Draußen gibt es vier Bänke, von denen aus man das bunte Treiben auf der Einkaufsstraße wunderbar beobachten kann. Die Pommes Oorlog sind zart und deftig, frisch zubereitet und einfach köstlich. Besonders die Zwiebeln sind genau richtig abgestimmt und runden das Geschmackserlebnis perfekt ab. Auch der Bami schmeckt wie hausgemacht, was für die Qualität spricht. Kein Wunder, dass alles so authentisch ist – die Pächter sind, wie der Name schon vermuten lässt, Asiaten und bringen ihre eigene Note mit ein. Heerlijke krokante friet. Tafeltjes onder het afdak voor ca. 15-20 personen. Geen gasten toilet, voor zover ik heb gezien.
