Ik vroeg in de online bestelling in de opmerkingen of het kip op bot was, zo ja dan had ik liever geen kip. Ze belde me daar nog over omdat het voor hun niet helemaal duidelijk was, ik zei dat het wel goed was zo en gewoon toch kip erbij konden doen. Toen kwam ik het afhalen en vertelde ze me dat ze de kip van het bot af hebben gehaald voor me. Dat is echt pas service!
