Goed geholpen na een incomplete bestelling Na mijn vakantie kwam ik aan op station Eindhoven en besloot ik samen met mijn zusje wat te eten bij de Burger King daar. Alles verliep vrij chaotisch door de drukte, en ik had haast om mijn trein te halen. Pas later, in de trein, ontdekte ik dat onze bestelling niet compleet was — de Oreo-ijsjes die we hadden besteld, waren vergeten. Ik heb later contact opgenomen met de vestiging en werd vriendelijk telefonisch geholpen door manager Priscilla, een sympathieke dame uit Burkina Faso. Ze begreep het direct en zorgde ervoor dat het geld voor de gemiste ijsjes binnen vier dagen netjes werd teruggestort. Echt goede service! Bij deze doe ik Priscilla ook de hartelijke groeten — bedankt voor de nette afhandeling!
