Concept is very cool. Conveyer belt sushi. The sushi sits out for over 30 minutes. And not much sushi actually gets added to the belt. We had to keep asking our waiter for water but he only brought is 50% of the time. The rest of the time he would forget. Very expensive as well. Not worth the hype. YO, DON’T GO!

The food was good as it normally is when we go to Yo, however our server was quite rude and made us feel particularly uncomfortable. From the moment we walked in she looked my friend up and down, then when we told her our meal she stared at us for a moment before leaving (for reference, we’re dressed up for Chappell roan in flowy skirts with our makeup done). After we had sat down, she ran to the back where I can only assume she was talking about us to other staff, as the three girls were looking at us and laughing. We heard her greet every other table with warmth and chat completely different from how she sat us. My friend called me a pet name (babygorl, like the gru meme) which the server seemed disgusted by and she ran away without telling us the cost of the meal or providing us with a receipt. Maybe ensure staff are more tolerant of those who may look different, or at least train them to hide their judging facial expressions.
