Definitivamente merece estar en guía Michelin, de hecho me extraña que no tenga estrella... ojo es bastante caro.

Really wonderful meal. The service was perfect at the outset and then it took a bit of time to get the bill but that was ok. Every one of your staff was just lovely except the men at the door of the hotel who were awful when I arrived and when I left.

ate here last night and i ordered the vegan 7 course meal. a few dishes were bland despite beautiful plating (specifically the first starter), but some of them knocked my socks off (65% chocolate with sesame bark, red pepper chutney and artichoke, miso caramel)!! soo delicious. i liked the chocolate old fashioned but it could do with more of a chocolate aroma/flavour. kombuchas were amazing though. the service was wonderful and so were the wine pairings. i would definitely recommend this place for vegans!!
