I have been going here for few years now. The speed of service has deteriorated over the years and if you want a quick bite,this is definitely not the place. There is another recurring issue. First i thought my case was random and today i saw this happen to another lady. Two weeks before when i paid from my card the terminal showed the payment as successful but the cashier told me that the payment has not went through so i paid again. Few days later i saw that they have charged me twice. Opened a dispute with my bank and they refunded the duplicate charge. Today it happened to another lady and because she said the payments were successful and didn’t pay the cashier called someone to check and they were holding the line for more than 5 minutes.

One server in particular, a girl with dark hair was so rude to another man who was ordering. My sub also came with mayonnaise which I only realised halfway through eating though I did not ask for sauce. Thankfully I am fine with this but it concerns me for anybody who has allergies
